Bias in the Workplace
Imagine that you are a program manager working at a non-profit organization that addresses the issues of domestic violence women
Identify one cognitive psychology bias or bias that you think might negatively affect the way the Board of Directors, President/CEO, and/or the other program managers lead or manage the delivery of services. Then, prepare a professional email asking the President/CEO of your organization to meet with you to discuss your concerns. Maintain professional decorum throughout all aspects of your email. Use the bias to describe the dynamics in your organization. Integrate and cite at least one scholarly journal article into your message. This assignment is for educational purposes, you are not expected to send this email to anyone.
